We loved our stay at Route - Cafe And Petit! The friendly staff made us feel immediately welcome and provided us with plenty of helpful information about the nearby attractions and restaurants. They even gave us maps and pamphlets to help us navigate the city. The location of the hostel was perfect, just a short walk from the Nagasaki railway station and trams. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the kitchenette and the washing machine in the shower room. it was a cozy and convenient place to stay during our visit to Nagasaki.

The hotel is in a great central location, just a short walk from the main station and next to a landmark church. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering great advice on exploring the city. The room was compact but well-designed and very comfortable, providing privacy and security. I had a peaceful and restful sleep for all three nights. The hotel also has a lovely little cafe, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. it was the perfect base for experiencing Nagasaki's beauty and charm.

Great value for the price, especially during the New Year season. Convenient location in close proximity to bus and train stations, making it easy to explore the city. Loved the cozy and private cabins in the dormitory, which provided a sense of having our own room. The staff was friendly and fluent in English, providing helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining options. The homemade liquors at the cafe were a delightful treat, adding a unique touch to our stay.
Some cabins had semi-transparent doors, which could be problematic if neighbors kept their lights on all night. However, this issue was resolved for us on the second night.

Great location and convenient access to transportation options. The neighborhood is nice with restaurants and shops nearby.
Lack of privacy due to the design of the cabins. Light pollution from both outside and neighboring cabins made it difficult to sleep.
